Bayou Tortue Apiaries began as a passion project — two people, a handful of hives, and a dream to capture the wild sweetness of Louisiana's untamed landscape. What started in a backyard has grown into something far greater.
Today, we're more than an apiary. We're a gathering place where the art of beekeeping meets the craft of distilling. Our honey comes from hives scattered across wildflower meadows and cypress-lined bayous. Our spirits are small-batch, hand-poured, and aged to perfection.
